Catalyst Fire and the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) launched eCourseOps -- the new online platform for Course Operations! This new online application is the result of the planning and input from ENA staff and a 10-member Focus Group comprised of a wide variety of course directors representing both US and international viewpoints.

Course Operations is a key piece of ENA's education component of their mission to promote excellence in emergency nursing practice. Each year, thousands of students participate in the courses that are conducted. Catalyst Fire is proud to have been selected as the technology vendor to implement this impactful new system -- and we are thrilled that the new system has been so well received. 

The system optimizes the process that Course Directors must follow to apply for new courses, to place orders and pay invoices and to provide updated information about each course. It also provides a view of the past history of courses and course-related activities.

The ENA expects that eCourseOps will become the hub of course management activity and will provide the tools course directors need to manage their Course Ops functions. The new system will eliminate the burden of a paper-based process -- streamlining the steps that a course director completes and letting them focus on delivery of high-quality courses to their students.
